This instrument is a Rapid Analyzer for the simultaneous determination of Carbon and Sulphur in Metals.  This range of Carbon is 0.0001 % to 6.000 % in Metallic materials.

and non-ferrous metals and alloys in  shortest span of time i.e. 30 seconds.  A

requirements of our customer  calibrated with standard traceable to international
standards.

3. DYNAMIC PORTABLE  HARDNESS  TESTER :-

A portable electronic hardness tester gives direct reading in Rockwell, Brinell and
Vickers ranges suitable for any site job where high level precision and accuracy
are needed.

4.  X-RAY FLUORESCENCE  SPECTROMETER ( TN SPECTRACE, USA Make )

This equipment is capable of element analysis from PPM to 100%.  Annexure 1a
gives you the testing capability of this hi-tech equipment.

5.1    FERRITE METER  for ferrite percentage in Stainless Steels with  traceable 
          standards - ELCOMETER UK Make.

8.2   BRINELL, VICKERS, ROCKWELL AND DIGITAL HARDNESS TESTERS with
        traceable calibration standards on all ranges.

8.3   PORTABLE HARDNESS TESTER Computerized  in RC, RB, BHN and 
       HV Ranges.

8.4   IMPACT TESTER IZOD AND CHARPY as per IS/BS Standards.

8.5   ERICHSON CUPPING TESTER, FIE MAKE

8.6   METALLURGICAL MICROSCOPE - CARL ZEISS Germany Make With  higher 
        magnification grain measuring photographic,  micro hardness attachments.
